This puppy or dog is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. We have vaccinated the puppy for Bordetella, Distemper, Parainfluenza, Adenovirus, and Parvo. We have also wormed the puppy with Marquis, Pyrantel and/or Panacur. You must take your puppy for his/her first veterinarian visit within two weeks days of purchase date. If the veterinarian finds a serious defect in the puppy, it can be exchanged for another puppy of equal value, immediately or as soon as one becomes available, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the animals defect. The puppy has a health guarantee extending to 14 days beyond the day you take the puppy home against major viral diseases. In case of the Animal’s death within the 14-day period, an vet statement must be arranged and paid for by the buyer and findings must be submitted to the Seller before any exchange will be made. We also guarantee up to and no more than 24 months from date of transfer against any major debilitating genetic defects. A puppy diagnosed with a major debilitating genetic defect may be exchanged for a puppy of equal value. Proof of a genetic defect must be provided through a veterinarian exam statement. We are not responsible for puppies that become ill with Hypoglycemia, colds, coccida, giardia or any other minor illness.

At no time will your credit exceed the purchase price of your puppy (the purchase price does not including shipping or any special arrangements). We are not responsible for any veterinarian bills you incur with puppies purchased from us.

The seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after leaving the premises for any medical expense, death, allergies, training difficulties, behavior problems, or any other reason. Also, if ownership is transferred, this guarantee becomes void.

As a part of this contract, buyer agrees to be a reference for us in the future.
